How to populate the Internal Pre-screening Questionnaire on Create Job Requisition flow

Summary:

We have 5 Pre-screening questions Internal Questions and 2 Pre-screening External Questions added to the Position based Requisition template. Internal Questions are NOT visible during the Create Job Requisition flow where as 2 External Questions are visible.

Please share any ideas around this on - how to make those Internal questions visible.
