How to use Loqate for supplier addresses

Summary:

It is not very clear how Loqate data can be used for Supplier address creation during internal supplier registration and manually creating supplier addresses using the UI.

Quite simply - WITHOUT any additional subscription, can Loqaate help with validating supplier addresses AS YOU ENTER THEM ON THE UI?

Please can someone explain how this works?

Currently even for Loqate, the Import Geography data is greyed out and we are stuck.
