How to make attachments mandatory for approvers while approving the journals

Hi All,

We have business requirement, where the reviewers or approvers to attach documents as mandatory while approving the journals. We have already implemented the solution for the journal creators or prepares if journal header attachment missing the approval rule auto rejects it.
