Emailing the Database to Create Candidate Records

We'd like to be able to use resume attachments sent email into our tenant to create candidate records.

In other database, I've seen the ability to send an email into the database to 1) create/store a candidate record in the database and 2) attach that profile to a specific requisition. The connected req would be determined by the email address (usually tenant ID and req ID). Are we able to do anything like that in TBE?
