Redwood 25C Direct Reports Bug?

Hi,

We recently moved to 25C and noticed transactions related to direct reports are not working. When we try to use Change Manager or Direct Report transactions, to change someone's direct reports, the transaction completes in Transaction Console, but no history is generated in Employment Info, and the direct report changes are not reflected either. This was not an issue in RUI.

We tried turning Approval Rule on and off, but that didn't help.

Anyone had any same experience and workaround?
