Case - Resolution Description

Summary:

The Resolve Smart action was released as part of 25B and is great with giving our clients structure when closing a case. However, once this screen has been filled out and saved, the information related to the smart action does not appear anywhere on the case.

In HR Help Desk, on a service request you are able to view this information including the resolution description in the Details Page.

Is this intended functionality? How do case managers review the resolution outcome for the case, particularly the resolution description.
