Is there any documentation on the ORC and LinkedIn API integration without using RSC?

My client would like to integrate with LinkedIn using their API but not using RSC because all of their Recruiters do not have a LinkedIn seat. Is there any document on this type of integration? The LinkedIn documentation doesn't address the mapping of fields or if custom fields can be included.
