FPS performance issue following September Maintenance patching

in Payroll and Global Payroll Interface (GPI)

Summary: Since the September Maintenance patches have been applied to our 'Development PODS' we have discovered a significant issue with the performance when running 'Full Payment Submission 2026' during our Regression testing. FPS processes that previously took approx 1 - 2 hours to complete are now taking 3 days+!! We have an SR open and are working with Oracle to get to the route of the problem and find a fix, but this is proving very difficult and incredibly slow.

In addition to the FPS performing badly, we are also seeing many variations of issue when attempting to roll back the affected flows.
