Submit ESS job using AI Agent where in parameter is to be provided at Runtime

We have a requirement to create an AI Agent which will allow users to directly submit an ESS job with the mandatory parameters provided at runtime.

In general parameters for POST requests are provided in the payload. But in our case the payable will only have the metadata for example below, and we want the parameter to be provided by users. Is it possible to be achieved either by using Tool - External REST API or Business Objects when defining AI Agent
