Leveraging AI Agents for Email Analysis and Task Automation

Summary:

In our use case, we need to send email notifications to suppliers and employees regarding the buyback option for retired assets. Based on their responses, the AI Agent should be able to take appropriate actions—either end-date the asset or initiate its sale.
As part of this process, we're exploring capabilities within the AI Agent to read and interpret email content and trigger the corresponding actions automatically. Any guidance or suggestions on how to achieve this using AI Agents would be greatly appreciated.
