When trying to access Manage Supplier Spend authorization approvals there is an error

When trying to access Manage Supplier Spend authorization approvals from Approval Foundation(Procurment) there is an error saying Attribute Id s required

As soon as we click on the Manage Supplier Spend authorization approvals the above error pops out and it will not let me in.
