rest api to get domain administrator type in idcs

Summary:

We would like to know if there is a REST API available to get the list of Domain Administrators and the level of Admin access(Identity Domain Administrator, Security Administrator, User Administrator etc) they have from IDCS or IAM. Can you please share if there is one?
