ARCS Test to Prod migration with different versions

We have an implementation planned to go live in next month for ARCS. On the planned date for cloning, ARCS Test instance will be on Oct version while production instance will be on September version.

Due to the difference in versions, will ARCS cause issue to clone from one instance to another instance?
