Shared Filter - best practice

Hi!

I would like to create a shared filter that checks if the values in the custom object record field are more than 70% (so it will be from 70 to 100). Is there any other way of setting this up than creating a picklist for the values from 70 to 100?

I appreciate all support and best practices on this topic.
