How to create a self invoice from a customer in Oracle Cloud AR

As part of France e-invoicing reform, companies have to the obligation of integrating all their AR invoices into electronic form (UBL). However, Oracle seems (From is doc to support France reform) to not support customer self-invoice integration in AR Cloud fusion while from AP Cloud self-invoicing is supported using CMK. Have you a suggestion for dealing that type of AR invoice integration? Thanks
