Hi,

we were reviewing the Employment Model described in this oracle guide However it is not 100% clear how the option 3 and 4 works:

  • In the 4th option (Multiple Contract with Single Assignment) there is the possibility to have different work relationships for the same employee. Each of these WR can have one or more assignments having only 1 contracts associated, is that correct?
  • In the 3rd option (Multiple Assignments), is it possible to link to the work relationship only 1 assignment, but is there the possibility to link also a contract to this assignment?
