Is it possible to submit data for cells that are calc on the fly?

Summary:

With smart forms or an offline template it is possible to submit data that is calculated with the Excel formulas as long as the dimensionality is maintained. I have tried this with Calc on the fly by creating a member formula for a member that is NeverShare. The calc on the fly formula is there in the form and it is Yellow. However the output of the formula is not being saved to the cube. We have use cases where we don't want to dynamically calc leaf level members but we do want to use the
