rest api to get domain administrator type

in Identity and Access Management

Summary:

We are using Oracle EPM and would like to know if there is a REST API available to get the list of Domain Administrators and the level of Admin access(Identity Domain Administrator, Security Administrator, User Administrator etc) they have from IDCS or IAM. Can you please share if there is one?. I requested this in the EPM Customer Connect and was directed to request here.
