Not able to configure Vanity Mail

Hi there,

I'm writing you cause of I'm not able to configure Vanity mail anymore.
The environment: Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications 25C


I really don't understand: I mean I configured and made active the Profile Option:


Any suggestion to solve?
