Pending Workers and Inactive Assignments show up in Assignment Number Dropdown during time entry

Create a Pending Worker with no Payroll Relationship

Convert the Pending Worker to Employee

Add Payroll Work Relationship on the Employee Assignment

Navigate to Time Entry and select the element

In the Assignment Dropdown, we see both Pending Worker Assignment and Employee Assignment.

We are expecting that this field should show only the active assignments with active payroll relationship. Can someone please confirm if there is any configuration or step missing to achieve this?
