Issue with Smart View SSO login screen

Summary: We have noticed recently that the first time users login to Smart View after closing and reopening Excel the SSO login pop up does not automatically appear as it used to. You need to alt tab to find the login screen. This behavior happens for both version 24.2 and 25.2. I am thinking that maybe the issue is due to an update to MS Office as it never used to behave like this on 24.2. Just wanted to see if anyone else was seeing this issue.
