Contact info Redwood page And Not Loading for Pending Worker

Summary:

We are currently facing an issue affecting a pending worker who is assigned a custom role. Since our migration to Redwood, the following problems have been observed:

  1. Contact Info Redwood Page: When the pending worker attempts to open this page, it displays a blank screen with no content.
  2. Personal Details Redwood Page: Multiple tabs are not loading correctly:
    • The Name tab remains stuck in a loading state.
    • The National Identifier and Biographical Info tabs also fail to load.

These issues are impacting the usability of Redwood for pending workers, and we are unable to proceed with their onboarding as a result.
