Summary:

Our client has a requirement for Supplier Qualification/Initiatives to undergo review and approval/rejection/abort by designated approvers within the organization based on the question response. For example, if certain Risk related questions are answered 'Yes', it routes to Risk Management dept for review and approval.

Is it possible to have question-based approvals in SQM?
