Scenario: Supplier created on 1/1/2025

Today (9/23/2025) I created a CPA with the start date of 1/1/2025.

No transaction were created for that supplier (no PO, No AP, No sourcing)

Run the "Inactivate Supplier" process with the parameter:

Supplier with no transactions: Yes

month since last transaction: 1

I expect the system to recommend to inactive a supplier.
