EDM Top Node Question

Hi All,

I am pretty new to the EDM World. I have a Company Hiearchy in which '100' is the Top Node and all other Companies reside beneath it. We have a need to parse this out and make other Parent rollups (400,500,600) within '100' become a sibling/Top Node with '100'. I cannot figure out a way to move these hierarchies and make them Top Nodes. In addition, i tried adding 3 new Top Nodes and then did a 'Move here' for all of the applicable siblings, but then the original parents are left in the hierarchy and i cant delete them,
