How to create the card to connect to EDMCS via EPBCS by using navigation flow?

Hello everyone,

I am trying to create a navigation flow for EDMCS in EPBCS UI based on Oracle's guidance document:

However, when I created a sub tab and input the EDMCS URL :

https://epm-yyyy-edm.hap.iad.demoservices003.oraclepdemos.com/epm/

Then I tried to login, however, even I input the username and password correctly, I still cannot access to EDMCS interface.

What steps did I miss?

Is there anybody facing this issue?
