Error while drafting job offer

Hi All,

We are unable to create a job offer for an internal candidate. Its showing the below error and there no value in the "Action" dropdown in When and Why section.

Cannot invoke "oracle.jbo.Row.getAttribute(String)" because "personTypeVVORow" is null

Kindly help us with this issue.
