Is it possible to search by two values (Name/Department) inside the position LOV?

Summary:

Hi, we would like to search in the Position LOV first for the department, which is feasible, but then search for the position name. But once the value of the department is there we cannot search by position.

Is there any specific key we need to put to do this?

We do have a big list of positions inside departments, so being able to search by both values sequentially would be needed.
