Approver Can't approve PO in 25C

Content (please ensure you mask any confidential information):

Hi,

PO approver unable to approve the PO.
It will pop out error message when click the approve from the UI dashboard.

"You don't have access to party records. Contact your administrator to enable access."

If click the PO from show more > worklist, same error message pop out.

Approver has to review all the detail include document attached before approve the PO.

In approval email, also getting error message.
