Job offer approval email

In the email notification I receive for job offer approval, the "Approve" button doesn't redirect to the application to approve the task, but rather to an Outlook page where I can write emails to a default address.Is it possible to resolve this by redirecting the click directly to the system, or is this expected behavior?
