What is the recommended tool to feed Data Warehouse from HCM Cloud

Summary:

I would like to understand what the recommended tool is to feed Data warehouse from HCM Cloud. The BI Cloud Connector seems to me the best tool for this purpose. In various CCC notes that for HCM the primary purpose for BICC is to load data to Oracle Analytics.

Are there any other considerations to prefer HCM extracts over BICC to feed data from HCM Cloud to a Data Warehouse?
