Internal candidate creation in Oracle Environment

Summary:

Currently, Oracle recommends running the ESS process “Load Workers into the Candidate Table” to create internal candidate accounts for all active employees. However, this approach generates candidate profiles for the entire employee population, regardless of whether they actively apply for opportunities. We would like to explore whether it is possible to eliminate dependency on this ESS process and instead enable candidate profiles to be created dynamically — either at the time an employee submits an application through the Opportunity Marketplace or selectively based on criteria such as Legal Employer.
