Prevent Unchecking of "Review Suggested Clauses" in Contract Expert Popup

Attempted to use Page Composer in a sandbox environment to make the checkbox read-only or hidden. However, the popup dialog and checkbox are not visible in the component tree and cannot be targeted for personalization. No suitable EL expressions or bindings were exposed to conditionally disable the checkbox.
