Feedback center manager email and BPM notification content mismatch
Had an issue in Notifications content display -
- We have enabled and customized the template - /Shared Folders/Human Capital Management/Workflow Notifications/NoteSentToManagerReport.xdo into custom folder.
- Navigation to give feedback(Redwood Page) - Me > Feedback Center > Feedback about other > Give Feedback > Search for the employee and then Click on "Give Feedback" button.
When the notification is triggered, the template correctly reflects the customized content in Email notification, but the Bell Notification (BPM Worklist) shows a different version and content.
What we would like to know is –
- Why aren't the email & BPM notifications synced?
- Is there a different template which is feeding data to the BPM version? If yes, what the path for that template?
