UK TRU RTI Information: Highest Index Retrieved

Hi Experts,

We need some help around setting up the the Highest Index Retrieved in UK TRU RTI Information in Manage Legal Reporting Unit HCM Information page.

Oracle document (https://docs.oracle.com/en/cloud/saas/human-resources/24c/how-to-administer-payroll-for-the-united-kingdom/hmrc-data-retrieval-process.html#View-Results-and-Control-Data-Volume) suggests to set the GOT number (high watermark) in Manage Legal Reporting Unit HCM Information page for each supporting process (P6 Highest Index Retrieved, P9 Highest Index Retrieved, SL1 Highest Index Retrieved, SL2 Highest Index Retrieved etc.).

For the standard HMRC Retrieval process to work, we need to set the values of Highest Index, however, we observed that current values of
