How to generate configured item(star Item) description based on option selected during configuration

We got a requirement to generate configured item(star Item) description based on options selected during configuration.

Lets understand the requirement with Example.

We created one ATO model for laptop

Model Item Description- Laptop

Option Class 1: Hard Drive

Option 1: 128 GB Ram

Option 2: 256 GB Ram

Option Class 2: Screen size

Option 1: 13 Inch screen

Option 2:15 Inch screen

Option 3: 17 inch screen

Lets assume during sales order, user has selected 128 GB ram from option class 1 and 15 Inch screen from Option class 2 .

Customer wants that start item description should be : Laptop, 128 GB Ram, 15 Inch screen

Is there any way to achieve this requirement?
