Map members into other dimensions based on data set in Account dimension using a Rule

I have a request to populate the data residing in the account dimension into 2 other dimensions, such that
the intersection below copies data 25 and 35 from member names mapMet and mapDept into 2 other dimensions
whose members are ABC00 and d1234.

The question is, is that possible with a business rule only?
