Can we hide certain job profiles from displaying in the careers of interest area?

We are trying to develop some use cases for using the career development/grow features and want to know if certain job profiles can be hidden when exploring careers of interest. Every single job code we have has a job profile associated to it where we store our testing requirements on a job code basis. Is there an ability to restrict what job profiles that employees are able to search on? i.e. when going into the careers of interest page we don't want all 1000+ job profiles coming into search, we only want to expose a handful of them.
