Can we create FSM rule in one stage of Header Hierarchy and BPM rules in Header Hierarchy 2 stage.

Hi Team,

Problem statement- We have a requirement of defining FSM rule in Header Hierarchy stage and BPM rules in Header Hierarchy 2 stage of purchase requisition. But after we done the configuration, both the stages are although active or enabled, but still only the FSM created rules in Heder hierarchy was working, and if we disable the FSM stage - header hierarchy serial, then only BPM rules were working that were created in Header Hierarchy 2.

Expectation- Our expectation is both the stages Header hierarchy serial (FSM rules) and Header hierarchy serial 2 (BPM Rules) stage should work simultaneously as per defined conditions, like for Few BU we have defined Header hierarchy serial (FSM rules) and for other BU's Header hierarchy serial 2 stage (BPM rules) were defined.
