Is Oracle RAC databases supported in Azure

Hello,

I am looking more clarity about support of Oracle RAC in Azure cloud. I have seen many articles and found some of them saying, RAC is not supported or certified by Oracle in Azure. And some of them say its supported on exadata in Azure. Can someone please direct me official document for this certification? Also if RAC is not supported in Azure, then which HA feature replace it?
