Access Issue with 'Other Compensation' Section for Hiring Managers

Hi Team,

We’ve observed that the ‘Other Compensation’ section is not loading correctly—it fails to display the compensation amount and continuously spins. This issue occurs specifically when accessed via the Hiring Manager role.

Upon investigation, we found that the "Use REST Service - Job Offers" duty role enables access to this functionality. However, this role is currently only inherited by the "HCM Integration Specialist" role. Once assigned, it allows users to view both their own offers and those created by other recruiters in the Offers tab.

Our requirement is slightly different: we would like Hiring Managers to view the ‘Other Compensation’ section only for the offers they are owners of—not for offers created by others.
