Are the 25D Redwood Agreements pages mandatory?

Summary:

25D release notes suggest the new Redwood Agreement pages are mandatory. Link is here: Redwood: Create and Edit Purchase Agreements. Is that truly the case, or will the current UI still be available for users?

For context, the same functional team just went live with the 25C Redwood Requisitions pages, so it'd be ideal to give that team a break. Finally, there is nothing listed under the Steps to Enable section, but I'm sure people would need to run some processes for the new Redwood pages.
