Creation of VBCS Service connection failure

Summary:

I have lookups in oic and i was trying to fetch them via oic REST Api "/ic/api/integration/v1/lookups" and by using it i was trying to create a service connection.

When i performed the above steps i got this error: "[Client UUID: 6bc64089-f1b3-4901-9bf2-4bd6e0dff166][ECID Headers: Not present] : The REST API that you are connecting to doesn't seem to have Cross Origin Request sharing (CORS) for the Visual Builder domain. Try again after adding necessary CORS settings for the REST API you are connecting to."

So i overridden & edited the backend with the below changes:
