I'm trying to enable Fusion Knowledge Management in my DEV5 environment. According to the Oracle documentation, I need a promotion code to activate the feature and was instructed to open a Service Request (SR) to obtain it. However, when I attempt to open an SR, I'm redirected to the forums instead of being able to submit the request. Could you please advise on the correct process to obtain the promo code and enable the feature?
