Need an ability to capture or audit on Attachment Add or Delete action on every entity/object.

Use Case and Business Need (Required):

While working on large deals Sales Representatives add sensitive documents to the Account, Opportunity, Lead .. etc.. to continue the sales process. Since these records are visible to many users, there is a chance that users might upload new or delete attachments that users have included in the records.

Having an ability to capture or audit on the Attachment Add or Delete action will help in identifying the cause of missing sensitive information that can be retrieved.
