Termination - How to set a Guided Journey based on the action?

Hello experts,

Our purpose is to configure a Guided Journey in the Termination page, but only on Resignation action.

Back when the page was in Responsive, we used Page Composer, and after selecting Resignation, we put a button with a report in it.

We wont to replicate the same purpose of the button with a Guided Journey, but we are unable to set it only for Resignation, so the Task also appears for Death and Termination action.
