Summary: Need clarity on source tracking of candidates.

  1. What is meant by Shared Job Posting ? In the document Implementing Recruiting, the description given says - ' The job shared using the copy link on a career site'. But we can see other values(third party websites) as well in source , when the source medium is 'Shared Job Posting'. Would like to understand how are those sources captured with shared job posting as the source medium. Does it capture third party websites as source if someone copied the link of those third party websites and shared. FYI - We have disabled 'Add or Create a source' option, so users can't add new values.
