4-0001084906 Making Company Segment value dependent of BU selected for RSSP module

In our current enterprise structure, the implementation includes a single Legal Entity with multiple Business Units (BUs), each having a one-to-one relationship with its respective Legal Entity. Users are assigned to handle requisitions across multiple BUs. We use Data Access Sets to restrict user access at the BU level and Company Segment Security Rules to control access to specific company code values.

For example, if a user has access to Business Units A, B, and C, they will only be able to view and select the Company segment values associated with those BUs (e.g., 101, 102, and 103). As a result, when the user creates a requisition, they will see BUs A, B, and C available in the
