Search Results not working in Talent Profile

When we navigate to My client groups > show more > Talent Profile, the person search is not working. If we search for any employee, the results dont come.

It works well with Responsive UI. We have ran all the related schedule processes and jobs, Oracle search is also enabled. We have also referred to this CCC - https://community.oracle.com/customerconnect/discussion/783710/unable-to-use-redwood-talent-profile-page-search-not-working

These two jobs are always in the "Retrying" status - fa-hcm-modelprofile and fa-hcm-personprofile.
