Expected Effort values not populating

Hi team,

We are experiencing an issue where we receive really inconsistent results for the 'Workforce Learning - Learning Records Real Time' Expected Effort value.

Some learning items return results accurate to the expected effort listed on the learning item at creation, but for most learning items the Expected Effort column is blank.

Has anyone experienced a similar issue and has fixed this? We currently have an SR logged for the issue as well
